Team management

Projects can have multiple members. Collaboration is project-scoped: board access, settings, billing, and integrations all depend on which project you are in.

Members​

  • The project creator is the owner.
  • Additional people join as members.
  • Owners can remove non-owner members from the project.

Invite codes​

Owners generate invite codes from Settings -> Team. The current flow supports:

  • up to 10 active invitations per project
  • copying either the short code or the full invite link
  • revoking unused codes

Teammates can redeem those invites:

  • from the public /join-project page
  • from the in-app Join Project tab

Collaboration rules​

  • Members can switch into shared projects from the project selector.
  • Discussion belongs on the relevant top-level card.
  • Epic child cards still show execution updates, but user discussion stays on the parent card.

Billing note​

Seat-based billing is project-aware. When a project is on the Custom AI subscription path, membership affects the seat count shown in billing.
